Spruce Lake Industrial Park

In 1975, the Province of New Brunswick opened Spruce Lake Industrial Park. The third industrial park in Saint John, NB, it was developed to accommodate major expansion planned for the city's west side. In 1993, Saint John Industrial Parks Ltd. took over management of the park.

Focused on the heavy industrial sector since 1990, Spruce Lake Industrial Park's continued success is due in large part to its exceptional location and transportation links. Today, there are 35 companies in the park, which employ more than 500 people.

The City of Saint John continues to capitalize on Spruce Lake Industrial Park's outstanding location and considerable strengths. Ongoing enhancements are paving the way for expansion, and there are 1,000 additional acres of industrially zoned land available for development. Which means strong growth potential.

Spruce Lake Industrial Park has also garnered community support for its continued dedication to green technologies, practices and processes. And it is a partner in several initiatives to encourage economic growth in this community.

Details on the park's transportation advantages, lots, proximity to other markets, and servicing options are available in our online brochure.
