Our Parks

From transportation links to close proximity to major economic forces, our Saint John industrial parks have everything you’re looking for to support your business’ growth.

Spruce Lake Industrial Park

In 1975, the Province of New Brunswick opened Spruce Lake Industrial Park. Developed to accommodate major expansion planned for Saint John, NB’s west side, it became the city’s third industrial park.

Focused on the heavy industrial sector since 1990, Spruce Lake Industrial Park’s continued success is due in large part to its exceptional location and transportation links. Today, there are 50 companies in this park and they provide employment to more than 500 people.

The City of Saint John continues to capitalize on Spruce Lake Industrial Park’s outstanding location and considerable strengths. Through ongoing enhancements, our community is paving the way for expansion, which means strong growth potential.
